Catherine was appointed a non‑executive director of Astron Limited on 12 January 2026. She brings more than 25 years of experience in Australian and multinational resource businesses, including large ASX-listed and US-listed entities, in which she has held key executive roles with responsibility for financial management, strategic development and governance. She has been closely involved in strategic decision making and transformative business processes. Her board experience includes executive and non-executive director roles as well as providing independent advisory services while chairing board committees. At Astron, Catherine serves as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, contributing to the company’s governance framework and the advancement of the Donald Project.

Catherine is currently employed by Ok Tedi Mining Limited as General Manager, Project Financing and Strategy. Previously, at Ok Tedi Mining, she was Chief Financial Officer and General Manager People and Commercial. She is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia, she holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Science (Mineral Economics) degrees. Catherine is a non-executive director and chair of the Audit Committee of ASX-listed Horizon Oil Limited.
