Joshua has been Astron’s company secretary since 2013 and legal adviser since 2007. He is a solicitor with more than 30 years’ experience in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, the Corporations Act, and ASX Listing Rules. He has assisted with the Australian aspect of international transactions in several other jurisdictions, including the sale of Astron’s Chinese downstream zirconia materials business to Imerys SA. Joshua’s specialities include general corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, financial services and securities law. He is regularly involved in professional activities, having presented courses at Kaplan, the CLE Centre, and the College of Law.
