What is the Donald Rare Earth and Mineral Sands Project?

The Donald Rare Earth and Mineral Sands Project in western Victoria is a world class resource of zirconium,
titanium and rare earth elements. International demand for these elements is high, because they are used to
manufacture many products, including smartphones, power steering, display screens and electric motors.

The mine and processing plant will be constructed 14 kms east of Minyip. The majority of employees and
contractors are likely to reside within 60 minutes drive from our site.

During operation approximately 100 employees will be required ranging from highly trained professionals to skilled machinery operators. A range of support services such as catering, laundry, machinery servicing will also be required. If you are interested in working for DMS then you can register your interest.


 

What job opportunities will be available?

Operations start after the construction phase. We expect to employ a mix of people with relevant skills, and will provide train-on-the-job.
