Astron is domiciled in Hong Kong and trades on the ASX through CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) which enables the company’s securities to be traded under the rules of the CHESS facility. Each CDI in Astron gives the equivalent interest as a share in the company. As at August 2023, Astron has 146,544,643 CDIs on issue. Astron’s securities are quoted on the ASX and can be traded in real-time.

Astron is currently not paying a dividend and does not operate a dividend reinvestment plan (DRP).
